It is a specialized woodworking tool used to apply PVC, ABS, veneer, or melamine edge banding tapes onto the raw exposed sides of plywood, MDF, or particleboard panels. It is designed for both curved (contour) and straight-edge banding tasks. How It Works: Double Glue Coating System: The machine applies hot-melt adhesive simultaneously to both the board edge and the banding tape via the vertical orange rollers. This ensures maximum bonding strength compared to single-glue models. Speed & Temperature Regulation: The lower control panel features a digital temperature display module alongside a rotary speed control knob. This allows woodworkers to dial in the exact melting point of their hot-melt glue granules and match the feed rate to the complexity of the curve. Ergonomic Manual Operation: The black knurled handle grip on the right features an integrated green micro-switch at the top. This allows the operator to easily trigger and guide the machine manually along large panels or lock it into a fixed tabletop station for smaller workpieces.
